Epistemic Vault – Checkout Acceptance Terms (Short-Form)

By completing your purchase or enabling a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Epistemic Vault is a cryptographic verification service, not a moderation, truth-assessment, or legal certification service.
2. “Verified” means cryptographically consistent, not factually true, lawful, ethical, or admissible in court.
3. You retain ownership of your content, and grant MiulusTek a limited license to process it solely for verification, storage, retrieval, and support.
4. Verification depends on device integrity and third-party attestation providers, which MiulusTek does not control or guarantee.
5. Proof bundles and receipts remain valid once issued, even if your subscription is cancelled or content is later deleted from hosted storage.
6. You are solely responsible for how verified assets are used or relied upon, including legal, journalistic, or regulatory uses.
7. Fees, storage limits, rate limits, and retention periods are defined by your selected plan and may change with notice.
8. Misuse of the service (including attempts to forge provenance or bypass safeguards) may result in suspension or termination.
